Our room was nice and had lots of room. Loved that it has a mini kitchen. The bed wasn’t bad but is on wheels so if you leaned against the headboard it moves. The pillows were tiny and you only get 2. The lobby is really nice and has two restaurants but we didn’t go to either one. There is a Maverik and a Wendy’s across the street. Not a bad hotel for the price.

Awful experience. When we checked in, the man at the desk confirmed that we had booked a 2 queen bed room. When we got to our room, we walked into a king bed room. I went back to the front desk to let them know and I was told “I can’t switch your reservation in our system” which doesn’t make sense, because our reservation was for a 2 queen bed room. The man at the front desk then put us in a random 2 queen bed room for the first night and told us that we have to move to another room the next day for the remainder of our reservation. Upon entering the new room, it was humid, dirty, and very worn down. The hot water dial for the sink was missing a piece, the shower head would leak and cause the entire bathroom floor to be covered with water, and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained with what I would assume to believe is mold. Furthermore, the second room we stayed in had no outlets next to the beds, which made it impossible to charge our phones near by. The front desk staff were incredibly unkind and not helpful at all. I advise everyone to stay far away from this hotel as there are much better options near by.

We reserved a king accessible room but it was on the second floor with no elevator and I can’t do steps. We had to settle for one queen with two tiny flat pillows and I did not feel we got what we paid for. Check in was very slow and employees didn’t seem knowledgeable about their hotel. It wasn’t fun. However the bar and grill in the hotel was great

Run... don't walk in the other direction! Staff was SLOOOOWWW and kind of off putting. One guy did all the work, and another just sat and watched and had clear issues even communicating. I had to tell him three times I had already checked in. It took over 10 minutes to buy a soda! The hotel was old, run down and had a smell. Room was sticky and run down.

Poor build and maintenance. Toilet continues to run, air conditioner power cycling on/off. Caulking around bathroom was dreadful. Noise level coming from adjacent room was terrible, like paper walls. Breakfast was very limiited, no oatmeal! No fruit. No yogurt. Only one waffle maker, long lines. Smoking outside is pulled into vents into room.
