Escape to our beautiful home nestled at the base of both the Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons that boast of the greatest snow on earth and the world renowned ski resorts Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude. We’re also within a 30 minute drive to several other breathtaking canyons such as Millcreek Canyon and Parley’s Canyon which is a beautiful drive that takes you to Park City. Here at our home in Sandy Utah, you will find a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. You will never run out of year round activities such as skiing, hiking, biking, boating and breathtaking scenic drives. Every season has something to offer at our perfect location. Hiking, biking and sightseeing are beautiful year round, but the colors in the canyons are particularly stunning in the Fall. An added bonus is that we are located only 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and the airport for quick and easy travel access and to downtown activities. Our quiet family-friendly neighborhood is safe. It is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, yet you are close to conventions and local events, restaurants, theaters and grocery stores.

Our beautiful 6-bedroom retreat boasts of stylish furnishings and thoughtful amenities. Relax and unwind in one of the two family rooms where you’ll find a range of entertainment options. The lower level is a haven for fun, offering a foosball and pool table, along with an array of games for all ages. Or relax and enjoy conversation in our formal living room. There’s a place for everyone, whether you want to socialize as a group or spend some quiet time alone.

Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The oversized granite island and dining area provide a perfect setting for shared meals. The beautifully landscaped private backyard features a patio with a BBQ grill and seating for summer cookouts. There’s an in-ground trampoline for the kids and grassy area for outside games. Soaking in the hot tub under the stars after a busy fun-filled day is the perfect way to unwind.

During your stay, you'll have access to a 2-car garage and a private driveway, with parking available for up to 4 cars.

To be respectful of our neighbors, we have strict quiet hours after 9pm to maintain the serene atmosphere of our family neighborhood. You are welcome to enjoy visiting quietly in the backyard after 9pm, but we expect that voices will be kept down.

Also, absolutely no parties are allowed, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all.

The 6 bedrooms were great. Privacy for couples as 5 of the bedrooms had 1 bed in each except the 6th which had 3 singles and that was amazing perfect for who we had staying. Great kitchen and backyard for gathering! Clean and convenient, would stay again!

6 ladies age 73 ish spent 5 days here and it was perfect! Great location for all the great places we visited! The home was very clean, well equipped, and comfy! The beds were great too! Would recommend this to anyone heading to the Salt Lake City area~

Wonderful property!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for our family. There was room for all of us and it felt like our home away from home. We loved the hot tub, trampoline, games and spacious kitchen. Perfect ski vacation home

We had 8 adults and everyone had their own bed in this comfortable home. Kitchen flowed into the family room for easy conversation. Location to the ski resorts could not have been better. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful home

Our stay was great. We had a group of 12 with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was lots of things there for the kids to do and stay entertained all weekend and they loved it. The owners were very accommodating and easy to get hold of incase of any needs. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Ski trip to Sandy

Great location for ski trips to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton or Solitude. 20 minutes to ski resorts. House is in a nice neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants close by. House has lots of room for 10 plus guests.

Great Place!

Home was well maintained and had all the amenities for our family. Beds were comfortable, rec room was great, and the grandsons loved the in-ground trampoline. Hot tub was great too. Though not a big deal for our stay, there are restrictions on the thermostat settings.

Great spot for easy access to the mountains!

Stayed here with 3 friends to have a home base within east distance of Snowbird. It didn’t disappoint - we were on the mountain most days within 30 minutes. The home is very clean, well accommodated, and has plenty of space. Enjoying the hot tub after a long day on the mountain was the perfect punctuation to end each day. Would be happy to stay here again.

Awesome location for Skiing

The house is super clean and has great space with six bedrooms. The location to the Little Cottonwood Canyon and Snowbird and Alta is amazing. Beds are very comfortable. My only recommendation to the owners would be to replace the dishwasher and washer and dryer as they are a little bit old. Overall great place!

Clean, roomy and Meg commuicates well. Everyone enjoyed the property inside and out. Hot tub was so relaxing and necessary after 4 days of golf and a fishing float trip. Good restaurants in the vicinity and not too far from Park City. Airport is 20-30 minutes away depending on the time of day

Great Family gathering home

Our family came from all of the country for a family wedding. This home was a perfect gathering spot for us. We used the grill twice and stove/oven was perfect for a big breakfast. One of my favorite features of this VRBO rental is the large island. You are sure to love this home for a small or large family gathering. And Meg is a great host!

A perfect place for families

The hosts are extremely easy to work with and respond quickly to any questions you may have. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to anything you may need. There is plenty of space for families to be together or to have some quiet space as well. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and tidy and decorated so cute. We felt at home! I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

Nice big house, super comfortable

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s graduation from University of Utah. We had grandparents and siblings, everyone had a bed to sleep in. The kitchen was great. Plenty of space to spread out, accommodations were wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Extra fun to have the trampoline in the backyard for the five year old. Adults loved unwinding to play pool, would stay again.
