Just the facts. Had not been cleaned since previous visit. Brita filter was half full of water on the counter. Lips marks on the glasses. Floor was dirty. All furniture/rugs had stains on them. Side door was unlocked upon arrival. House is on a very busy street and backs up to a canal. Backyard is in bad condition with a shed that has a detached door hanging off of it. Main floor shower is not pictured on purpose. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Do not stay here. Tried to resolve with manager. I was offered a coupon to stay at another of their facilities. No refund option through manager or VRBO.
