Check-in was quick and the room was clean, but the smart TV would not connect for device pairing despite 30 minutes of trying. The biggest issue occurred after checkout. I stopped briefly for coffee, and my parking card was immediately deactivated, leaving me unable to exit the garage. Despite multiple requests for help, I was trapped for over 30 minutes. This is unacceptable and shows poor parking management. Because of this experience, I would reconsider my return and recommend for this hotel.

The price for the room we recieved was dismal. There is no mention of lack of parking! We had to park at the Marriott hotel, also we had a Ram 2500 no were to park it, their parking is limited to 6’8, in a state were you pretty much have to have a truck, or SUV to get anywhere.

So impressed with the hall colors and beautiful doors. Elevators silent and quick. I had a beautiful corner room that was right in the middle of downtown buildings. Libby nice and relaxing. Everyone very accommodating.
