Terrible hotel

This place is terrible! Check-in was normal and then we entered the room. The first thing was the closet. The door would not stay closed. It was taped shut and the part to fix it was on the shelf. The rug was badly stained and dirty. The micro was on the floor. At breakfast, they had no forks, the muffins were very dry. Hay manager, start caring about your business. The Costco is 2 blocks away, buy some forks. I will not be back, ever!!

We did not have hot water, just lukewarm everyday. The gym was dirty and not taken care of. It was also next to the pool and humid making it hard to hold onto the dirty weights. They also did not have coffee one morning and fhe the breakfast was horrible.

2nd time staying here. first time it was good. but this last time.. when we checked in, and got to our room, it had not been cleaned at all. fortunately after a little wait, even though they said they were all booked out, they were able to put us in another room. also, i forgot my hair straightener there, and called that same day when we checked out. they said they found it, but would not be able to send it out until the manager came in to work. it been a week and the manager still has not called me back to be able to send it back to me.

Not good from the first step in the door. They had a small sign notice that pool was closed and I did not notice it til after checking in. They didn’t mention the pool was closed. When I asked if it was gonna be open soon they said possibly tomorrow… we asked for about a possible refund and they said that’s just not possible with no care to customer service, staff didn’t seem nice at all. We went down later to purchase water and drinks and they wouldn’t take cash. We asked for a fork, they only had spoons. The room smelt, the carpeted chairs and couches were disgustingly dirty, hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The rooms need an overall deep deep cleaning. Will never stay there again.

I tried to check in and was told that the hotel was full. The hotel was under construction and they had limited capacity. They over sold their rooms. The front desk ladies were rude and did not offer any help.
