The pool was under construction. And rooms were small. No much room for a handicap scooter. Construction workers started 6:00 am. And was very loud

They are going through renovations. I booked a double bed room and upon check in I am informed they don't have any due to renovations. Thankfully we were offered a king with a pull out bed that fit our needs. Breakfast food was not replenished often.

The hotel was stinky. The ed was uncomfortable. The maids came in only one day,took our dirty towels but did not leave any clean towels. We were there for 5 days. There was 4 of us in the room and when we let them know we needed towels they only gave us two.Horrible service and just not nice hotel would not stay here again

We went for a little getaway from home, we chose this property specifically for the pool. We show up get told the pool is under construction and can't use it, said we cant cancel and would still be charged. Get told that we could drive to another location for a pool but that was it. The entire hallway on the first floor was under construction, my daughter is in a wheelchair and i specified that we needed wheelchair accessibility, but could hardly get around. The floor above us was also under construction and was noisy as well as each room next to us. It was super loud, dusty, and unpleasant. If we wouldve had warning before we could've canceled and went somewhere else or planned accordingly. It was a complete waste of money and more stressful than it should've been. Breakfast hasn't stocked up and by the time they'd bring out new stuff there was already a line and it was gone. They person at the desk was nice and kept apologizing, just wish we had warning so we didn't waste the trip and the money. Telling an 8 year old and 2 year old we are going swimming and then telling them just kidding was heartbreaking and was avoidable. Wish I could get my money but most importantly time back. Luckily the mall was close by so were able to take the kids there and make the best of a bad avoidable situation.

We were not made aware during the booking process that the hotel was undergoing renovations, and the pool was closed. It was clear that the rooms had been renovated fairly recently which was nice. The staff was friendly for the most part, other than the breakfast service staff our first morning was not either prepared or trained to keep up with the breakfast rush, however, the second morning was better with different staff.

Staff very friendly and helpful . However, The faucet on the sink was leaking water. There was no safety mat in the shower with slippery floor. The towels are not inside of the shower area. The phone would ring once every 2 to 3 hours and then stop

Great hotel for skiing !!

Great stay. Breakfast was out at 6:15am perfect for eating before going skiing. Hot tub was hot and provided towels. Beds were very comfortable and room temp for easy to adjust to our liking. We really liked the king suite with added living areas for all of our ski gear. Small frig for drinks and leftovers. Desk was also nice for setting up laptop. We ate at Simply Thai restaurant with in a close walking distance of hotel. So yummy.

Staff was excellent and very helpful in straightening out a reservation SNAFU. Then always greeted with an enthusiastic "hello" coming and going. Room was quiet and comfortable. There are on-going renovations on the 3rd floor however. Not very disruptive, but be aware. Special thanks to manager "Jasmine"!!

We stayed on a Friday night. Saturday morning at 820, we woke up to construction noise directly above us. It was very loud and obnoxious, we couldn't carry on a conversation or even watch the TV because the construction noise was too loud. It was not our intention to be up that early nor did the hotel give us any warning that there would be construction going on,on a Saturday morning. I totally understood the need to remodel, but they could have easily coordinated putting guests further away from the rooms they're remodeling. I would not stay here again, remodeling or not.
