The Hotel was worn. Not shabby but on the verge. The Restaurant/Grill food was overpriced and not very good. The service -- at least 2 of 3 times -- was not good. Only ate there because I was working at a conference and was so tired by time I got back to hotel, I didn't have strength to venture out into the dark, cold weather.

This property is an old one in downtown Salt Lake. They have managed to keep it up to date. Easy parking, but also very walkable for downtown area.

Not bad. Great location. Not the cleanest and frustrated no option for late checkout in a Sunday where the hotel was pretty much empty. The city of salt lake is pretty much closed and empty on Sundays too.

I've waited 23 years to stay here and I was disappointed. Everything is average. Food presentation. Food quality. Room furnishings. Room size. Amenities. Cleanliness. The staff service was not good. They seem to be doing the bare minimum to get by as an average downtown hotel.
