Staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and modern. The room was clean and comfortable. The king bed could use replacing, as it had definite "craters" in both sides from use. Breakfast had a decent selection, but was a bit chaotic with the line, and guests butting in for more food. I would've liked to see the coffee in a more accessible area, away from the food. Overall, a nice place to stay with good access to transit and downtown attractions.
