Front desk staff was very nice. I left a couple items and there were able to find them for me. I think the breakfast area is a little crowded and not as many options as other Crystal Inn's we have stayed at.

There are no close, walkable restaurants. I didn't have a car so this was very unfortunate for me. The close access to the bus for skiing was great. The hot tub was also very nice.

The pool and hot tub were very nice, clean and had fresh towels. The breakfast bar was very nice and more than I expected. Hot and cold cereal a whole fruit bar at least three hot items, all the coffee and juice you wanted and a whole area of toast, English muffins, And bagels with plenty of toppings.

The only concern I had was my room could not be serviced because I asked "too late in the day" and was told how many rooms had to be serviced and how many housekeepers were available. That was not my problem. I was there 4 nights and needed my room services.

The breakfast buffet was a good value. Skiing was possible by UTA bus although on any snow days there are overcrowded buses and major delays. The room needed a deep cleaning. Absolutely nothing good nearby except a gas station

Property went too far in cost containment. Bathroom amenities are at the bare minimum. Soap bar is ultra thin and single. No coffee or tea available outside breakfast time. Otherwise property is still maintained at solid levels. Overall I am happy with the stay, but wish it offers some basic amenities I am used to.
