our room was loud, no microwave, she reluctantly changed us to another room, referring to how our move was making HER job harder. She also said that our move to a decent room would make other guests who arrived after us unhappy. The next morning, when we tried to talk to the supposed mgr about it, she wouldn't listen and told us to leave or she would call the police. she told my husband that he was threatening her and taking her to a dark place that she refused to go tolWe will NEVER stay there again.

I had a surgery scheduled and the comfort Inn was close by and as usual, the right price Beds are comfy and even though it is close to the freeway, you don't really hear it that much. But its location is close to SLC and restaurants and local stores and other destinations, A good place to stay...

This was the worst experience with a hotel ever.As soon as we stepped into the room we could see how bad it was.The lamp in the corner didn't work because the cord was cut. The footstool for the chair was obviously chewed on by a large dog. The lamp by the bed was hanging sideways and the mirror in the bathroom was cracked. We took a look at the bed and you could tell by the sway in the middle that it was quite old. You can see some of these facts by looking at pictures from a previous reviewer. We immediately called the office to inquire about moving to another room and was told they were sold out. But we could get a refund if we wanted to leave,and I said great. I went to the office and the girl behind the counter now said she can't refund the money cuz I used Hotel.com but that they had no problem refunding the money but I would have to go through Hotel.com to get my refund I got ahold of Hotel.com and they said they couldn't reach the hotel cuz there was a problem getting ahold of the hotel phone but I was standing right next to the office girl the whole time and their phone was working fine. So the hotel says not our problem and Hotel.com says its not their problem so guess what no refund. I'm surprised that Hotel.com would have this hotel listed on there sight. I'm not exaggerating any of it. But what really gets me is I rented 10 hotel nights with hotels .com on this vacation as well as using them many times before but I now see we're only a number.

First room had a leaky bathtub plus it looked dirty. The bed/box springs had a huge stain on it. We asked to move rooms and the next room was ok but the next morning we noticed a hair clump that had not been cleaned from the drain. Bath mat was super dirty as well. It’s is old and pretty run down.

Friendly reception experience. Clean, comfortable room, furnishings, bed, linens and towels. Electric plug at desk gave insufficient amperage to operate my Dell laptop. Poor sound attenuation in my 1st floor accessible room from the room above. Sketchy breakfast: instant coffee machine, no milk for it or the dry cereals, hot options were just warm, the rest ordinary.

The best hotel bed we have ever had. So comfortable. Good AC. Breakfast was good. Hotel and windows are older, the noise from the freeway was awful. Semi engine breaks and racing cars all night. Also, all the linens were either: stained, tore, or threadbare. The drapes were really bad. If the bed hadn't been so comfortable, we would have been really disappointed. Probably not staying here again.

The hotel was ideal - clean rooms, great breakfast, probably more but we were on a tight timeline and did not have time to explore other amenities.

This hotel is very convenient, located right off the freeway with plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean on arrival. The bed itself was comfortable, though the pillows were small and flat. The property is definitely older and could use some updates. My room (the lobby & the elevator) felt muggy and warm at first, and I had to keep the AC running really low to stay comfortable (it was around 85 degrees outside during my stay). The bathroom setup wasn’t ideal, there’s limited space and lighting around the sink, and the tub is worn down, fine for showers but not inviting for a bath. Other downsides: the TV was frustrating to use since the guide was basically useless, so channel surfing was the only option. Breakfast was decent in terms of food quality, but it was extremely crowded every morning (I stayed 4 nights). Overall, it’s a functional, budget-friendly place with good freeway access and nice staff, but don’t expect much in the way of updates or comfort extras.
