The staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious, a great location downtown and an excellent price. There were plenty of pillows on the king bed. And I appreciate the fact that there is a top sheet and bottom sheet with the quilt in between.. the bed was soft and comfortable, and there were plenty of towels as well as hot water. I do not expect the interior or exterior to look like the Ritz Carlton due to the price, but this was excellent and very accommodating in my mind and I would stay here again.

If not the worst hotel experience I have had it is in the top 5. The first night I returned to my room only to be locked out. It took 2 hours for their maintenance to come and get the door open - finally at 11:30 pm. Second night in different room I had to get the clerk with master key to get in room and reset lock. Two days in a row I requested housekeeping to come in and clean my room. They never came. The hotel was generally dirty with stained old carpet.

Off street parking was good, though if you come back late finding a spot is difficult. The rooms are clean but are very outdated. The hotel seems to have policies for homeless shelter. We had couple across our room who fought loudly for hours early morning.

Waffles or eggs or sausage or cerel or bagel cream cheese the options were outsiding drinks we're also great you had coffee or tea or even juice you have apple orange or cranberry juices. Staff was very friendly and nice. Parking was fine finding the entrance was a different story. The room was awesome very good very clean.
