Room was spacious and updated. There was a dried contact lens on the divider between the sitting area and bedroom. That means that area was not dusted or cleaned. Aside from that…the rest of the room was clean. The housekeeping staff did not speak to guests or allow guests to get on the elevator first. One went as far as to position her cleaning cart so no guests could ride with her. Most hotels make sure guests can go first or at least make room for guests. We also booked and paid a deposit for a king and queen room. We were given 2 queens. That is pretty messed up. The continental breakfast was good. It was close to the polar express. We would stay again but a little kindness and honesty with providing accommodations booked goes along way.

The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were nice but could use some updating. The furniture was worn and there were water stains on the bathroom ceiling. Also, there was no towel bars to hang wet towels. There needs to be a visible sign to lead you to the hotel since its way in the back.

I was there from Thursday to Sunday. My bed was not made up either day. The floor was not swept or moped either day. My plastic cups were not replaced either day. I had to go and get my own plunger to unstop the toilet. The shower was slow to drain. There were multiple gnats flying around the room. The elevator was stuck and inoperable at one point during one day there. The room looked older than the pictures online.

The staff were very courteous upon checking in. I believe the lady that helped check me in was named Diane. Very sweet. The hotel was very quiet even though it was conveniently located off of the interstate. I will definitely stay at this location again.
