Modern and charming cottage with special design.



This very special vacation home is beautifully located in the middle of nature, dominated by small bays with crystal blue water. The house has been decorated with great taste, is bright and welcoming. On the first floor there is the kitchen with the dining room, on the 1st floor you will find a bedroom and bathroom, while on the 2nd floor a living room with a bed invites you to relax. Since there are no doors here, you can get to the rooms right from the stairs. All floors are connected with spiral staircases.



From the roof terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding area. In front of the house you will find a beautiful pool, which invites you to spend relaxing hours in the sun. Your pet will feel at home on the fenced property.



In the surrounding area you should definitely make a trip to Zadar (12 km), where you can stroll and admire the architecture of the city.



Please note that due to the stairs, the house is not suitable for small children and people with walking disabilities.

Super Haus mit schöner Terrasse und kleinem Pool. Gut ausgestattete Küche, jeder Zimmer mit eigener Klimatisierung. Obenauf die Dachterrasse. Einfach Klasse. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
