Don't judge a book by it's cover.

The area around the hotel is less than desirable, but the hotel itself is fantastic in both service and cleanliness. The staff are great! The bed is comfortable. There are many options available for breakfast. In a world lacking of quality customer service, this La Quinta Inn gets it right every time. I have stayed here many times and will many more.

We only planned a two-night stay, but needed to extend our stay by two additional nights. The staff was friendly and made it easy to extend our stay, and eased our stress around our trip to Salem. The pool was great, the hotel was clean, and the continental breakfast was good.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. Our stay was made very easy and convenient thanks to the staff. Check in was super easy along with checking out in the morning. The breakfast options were also very nice as well. It will definitely be a hotel we keep on our list for the future.

If you stay here and need sleep, request the top floor. We had the pleasure of listening to the guest above us pace his room for 3 hours and we heard every step as the floorboards creak like an old wooden ship. Otherwise, check in was great, comfy bed and very clean.

Good rate but the distance between the counter and bed was very narrow. Breakfast was just okay because the breakfast sausages and scrambled eggs were not very tasty.

Location was about the only positive

There was a track team staying at the hotel who couldn’t seem to respect quite hours so sleeping was hard. But also the hotel needs to sound proof the rooms better. Also being pet friendly you should have more actual space for dogs to go. The area that was for the dogs has a shipping container on it and was a small patch of grass. Due to the large team being at the hotel we could not sit in the lobby for breakfast so we actually just left. Water pressure wasn’t amazing either.
