This adorable home is the perfect retreat to relax in after a day of enjoying all Jocassee has to offer and exploring the various nearby hiking trails.
The Space:
Open floor plan with kitchen room, living room and dining area. 2 bedrooms on each side of the home with a shared bathroom in between.
Dining table seats 8-10 and kitchen bar seats 4.
Bedroom Layout:
Main Bedroom: King bed
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds
Bedroom 4: 2 sets of bunk beds
Back patio with comfortable seating, gas grill, hot tub and bar top with chairs.
Just steps away is a built in fire pit with seating.

Guest will access the property with a door code.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors who are year round residents. We want you to have a great stay, however, parties at this home strictly prohibited.
