I had my towels sitting on the outside door to be traded for clean. The owner walked by my room numerous times never stopped. Front desk said they would bring new towels! Never happened.

I have stayed at Days Inn By Wyndham Black Bear many, many times, even brought my family a couple of times! This is my go to Hotel to stay. Front Desk are very patient and helpful, even when your dog is listed as the main person staying! : ) that was hilarious for the front desk! The hotel updated rooms not too long ago! They are updating again! Great Job!
