El servicio de ingreso al apartamento fue muy complicado, ya que no todos creemos que una recepcion virtual es el ideal humano. Revean su politica dejando la posibilidad de una recepcion normal con personas reales que los reciban y reciban su informacion confidencial de datos personales.

The apartment itself was amazing and the location was ideal. The main problem was communication. The property managers were unprofessional and were not easy to reach. We contacted them one night because there was no hot water and it took them almost 24 hours to respond and resolve the issue, despite messaging them via Expedia, and on WhatsApp. I would like to point out that guests from other rooms didn’t have hot water either. The worst part was that they when they finally did respond (again, almost 24 hours later), the problem had already been resolved and they acted like there was never a problem to begin with, essentially gaslighting their guests, instead of immediately responding, acknowledging the problem, and communicating regarding when it would be resolved.

Nice apartment, great location

Great location and comfortable place right on the main street in the old-town area. Minuses are that there is NOT free parking available on-site, and the cleaning fee is rather excessive for a short booking.

It’s OK

Good location but very, very noisy, the local restaurants and shops we visited were very rude, and made us feel like they don’t really like having tourists in their town. Another thing is that there is one spot light looking camera in the middle of the living room and bedroom. Besides that, the location is good.

Appartamento sicuramente perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone che si ritrova a visitare Salamanca per qualche giorno. La posizione è perfetta perchè si trova in centro, vicino a tutto. Un supermercato si trova sotto casa. Per il parcheggio consiglio di trovarne uno su strada a pagamento e gestire il parcometro 2/3 volte al giorno; si possono risparmiare anche 10 EUR al giorno. Altrimenti vicino c'è un grande parcheggio coperto che costa 15 eur al giorno. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei.

Lástima que no este aislado acústicamente.

El apartamento es de un solo ambiente, con ina gran puerta corredera que separa la cama de matrimonio de un sofá cama. Está perfectamente situado con 3 aparcamientos de pago miy cerca. La cafetera es del sistema Tassimo. El único PROBLEMA es que el aislamiento acústico es nulo. Las ventanas son de madera, no cierran herméticamente y se escuchan los ruidos de la calle (menos mal que es peatonal). Si corrigen este fallo (y que para cerrar la puerta de entrada no haya que dar portazo) el apartamento es una excelente opción.
