Everything was so convenient about this hotel and location. The staff were so attentive and could not help you enough. The first day we were there we went to breakfast and were escorted to a table with an amazing view of Fuji. Doesn’t get any better.

A really convenient location for all amenities, especially the train station. Staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. Lovely breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji on clear days. Amazing. Would definitely return.

Clean and close to train station

Great service and clean hotel. Beds were very hard though and room was hot. They did bring us a fan but did not help that much. I would stay again though as the service was excellent and it was clean. Close to Urawa station.
