Cheap, conveniently located hotel w free breakfast. It's bare-bones, so if you're looking for comfort and/or luxury, this is not for you. If that doesn't matter to you, though, this is a good place to stay.

Great value!

Great location next to Iwatsuki Station, restaurants and grocery. Decent breakfast, great staff, breakfast lady excellent. Facilities are pretty good, clean and safe but the bed was a little harder than my preference. Overall very little to complain about and much to appreciate. I would definately return here.

子供の中学受験宿泊で利用、小学生添い寝はとても助かった。 同じような親子がとても多かったので、行動パターンが似ており、エレベーターなど混み合う。でも、加湿器があったり、冷蔵もあったりと本当に助かった。おにぎりも美味しかった。7時には出なくては行けなかったため、かなりバタバタしてしまい、受験日に合わせて朝ごはんの時間が早いと助かると思いました。（1月受験に合わせて）
