部屋はきれいでしたが、最初に入った時は小さいゴミが残っていて、いい印象ではなかったけど、翌日の清掃は丁寧にきちんとされていました。駅近くで便利なので、また利用したいです。

Love how close to the station it is, and the way to the Lake Aeon outlet mall is a good jogging trail to go to from the hotel.

5泊させていただきました。スタッフの方、皆さん対応が良かったです。 24時間フロントの方いますので、安心して泊まれます。施設もとてもきれいで、アメニティも多数あります。越谷駅から歩いて30秒のところにあります。都心からは離れてますが、電車の本数は問題ないです。駅の所に深夜12時まで開いてるスーパーあります。便利でした。駅すぐ近くでしたが、夜は静かで快適に過ごせました。機会ありましたら、また泊まりたいホテルです。私は朝食は無しでした。

1人で滞在するのに、広すぎず狭すぎず、使い勝手の良い部屋でした。アメニティも充分で足りなければ自分で取ることもできたし、とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。

お世話になりました

高齢の母を一人で宿泊させていただきました。心配でしたのでチェックインの際一緒に部屋まで行かせてもらうことも快く承諾してくださり一緒に部屋に入り一通り母に説明できました。夕食付きが無かったのだけが残念ですが、朝食は美味しかったとのこと。ロビーに椅子は置いてありましたが固い椅子だったので、ちょっとしたソファーがあったら良かったなと思いました。フロントの方も親切な方だったので安心しました。ありがとうございました。
