This accommodation is not fancy but what we need is there. We have 2 beds, AC is functioning well, but it is noisy at night with dogs barking at different times of the night with people living around the area very audible. Our car remained safe the whole 5 nights we stayed there.

Simple and basic lodging but everything that you need for a budget, eco-friendly stay. No kitchen but shared refrigerator and Microwave available for abundant local fruits and veggies. The landlord is next door and always easily accessible/responsive to any questions and needs. Excellent central location, close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again since it is simply the best deal in Saipan!

The property advetised providing a microwave on request but refused to do so because they did not want to clean it. Also the room i was placed in had many many ants in the bed and on the walls.
