Very poor value and not at all as advertised. The villa does have a lovely view and a big pool but everything else was a huge disappointment. The terrace was unsafe with broken slabs, weeds growing through cracks and damaged furniture. One set of patio doors could not be locked because the lock had been removed and the kitchen was dirty with food left behind. On top of that demolition began at the villa next door during our stay. It was less than 20 metres away so the constant dust and noise made it unbearable and unsafe. We left before the end of our rental and paid for alternative accommodation elsewhere. The host admitted he knew when we made the booking that permission for demolition had been granted but didn’t disclose this information to us at the time. He offered only a token refund broadly equivalent to 1 days rental.

Superbe villa proche du centre ville et des plages à pieds! Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances entre amis avec chacun son intimité et de beaux espaces de vie ensemble. Une vue imprenable (qui nous manque !!!) sur mer. Beaucoup plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos. Nous y retournons avec plaisir

Fantastisk utsikt med fransk charm

Väldigt mysig villa med mycket bra utrymmen för alla i familjen, fantastisk utsikt över St Tropez-bukten och lagom avstånd ner till byn St Maxime. Poolen på en avsats på bergssluttningen var perfekt. Vi njöt av den magnifika utsikten under alla måltider ute på terassen. Tac för en fin vecka, vi kommer tillbaka!

superbe maison

superbe maison, tres bon contact et très bon accueil, seul point "problématique" (tout est relatif…), la situation en fer a cheval de la colline fait que le bruit des maisons voisines est très présent, tout va bien quand les gens sont respectueux, mais quand les enfants hurlent tout l'après midi, relayés pas les fiesta d'autres maisons, c'est un peu moins sympa. sinon tres belle maison, tres belle vue
