Our agency, specialized in seasonal rentals and established in Sainte-Maxime for four generations, offers you this beautiful villa with a pool and a lovely sea view from the upper floor, located near La Nartelle beach, available for rent for up to 8 people in Sainte-Maxime.
The villa consists of a living room with an open kitchen leading to a terrace and garden, 4 bedrooms (including 2 upstairs), 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
It features a very pleasant free-form pool (depth: 0.80 to 2.50 m), secured by a glass barrier. Covered terraces, plancha grill, pétanque court, and easy access to the nearby beach.
Wifi.
Pets are not allowed.
Household linen optional (number of guests to be specified).
Final cleaning €150 (additional charge).
Security deposit €2000 (to be paid upon arrival).
