A lovely villa very well maintained & equipped was totally spoilt by what happened when we returned to UK. Washing machine broke after about a week.Owner replaced next day with no indication that we would be paying for it. But on returning to UK we were presented with the bill for the new one. The machine was not new and the dryer had a broken door. They said we overloaded it. We didn’t.They did not provide a towel or linen service so the washing machine was needed. On check out owners checked the villa over and were happy with how we had left it and did not mention they would be charging me for the washing machine. If I had taken out the optional damages insurance on booking I suppose they would have claimed off that knowing the machine was on its last legs. The machine was only 6kg model. We did not overload it but for a villa for 6 people washing bedding & towels surely it needed to be a larger model. The new one was. Not at all happy and has ruined what was a lovely holiday.

Wonderful stay in Sainte-Maxime

We had a wonderful time in Sainte-Maxime while staying in this beautiful house. Our expectations to the villa were completely fulfilled. The communication with the landlord was easy even if we communicated in English and the landlord responded in French :-). The area where the villa was located was nice and peaceful. We can wholeheartedly recommend this villa and the landlord.

Un grand merci à Michèle la propriétaire pour son attention durant notre séjour dans sa très agréable maison. Il ne manquait rien et c’est difficile de faire mieux… la maison est parfaite. Encore un grand merci.
