La Herdianne is a magnificent Provencal villa of 200 m², nestled in a pine forest of 2000 m2, 100m from the Elephants beach (sand, public and private).
In addition to its friendliness and calm (enclosed grounds -2 parking spaces- in a private subdivision), you can therefore reach the beach on foot. Not having to use the car is particularly appreciable in summer!

Its large living room of over 40 m², furnished in Provencal style, opens onto a large shaded terrace of 110m2, with garden furniture (tables and garden chairs, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue).

The 4 bedrooms, including 1 upstairs, are equipped with 2 twin beds, which can be joined or separated.
Each of these rooms also has 2 large closets or a Provencal wardrobe for one of them.

The house has 2 large bathrooms, decorated with Salernes tiles.
One of these bathrooms is attached to the upstairs bedroom, to form a master suite. One of the other bedrooms on the ground floor has its own shower room.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave and hot plates (electric and gas) .
Many amenities: coffee maker, toaster, food processor, fireplace, TV, iron, vacuum cleaner, fans, board games, books, 2 foldable baby cots.

The quality construction and the terracotta floor covering ensure the freshness of the villa in summer.
