Beautiful villa for rent. Private swimming pool, 10x5m (heated possible out of season), jacuzzi (open except July & August), private boules pitch, table tennis, training outdoor, barbecue, sea view and many beautiful terraces.

Max 8 people, 4 double bedrooms (bed: 180, 160, 160, 2x140 cm), 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, open kitchen. Air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms. Renovated in 2021 with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

The house is located 900 m from the center of Sainte Maxime, which is a pleasant town, many restaurants, beaches, a market and the boat that takes you to the beautiful town of Saint-Tropez in 10 minutes.

Amazing views

Just returned from an amazing 10 nights at this lovely villa near Sainte Maxime. Great location, although I would suggest a car is an essential. The views are stunning due to the elevated setting. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could require for a comfortable stay. Recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms and a light open plan interior. Various seating areas around this spacious plot, a good sized pool and even a hot tub, we could not have asked for anything more. Ane is a lovely host and promptly responded to any questions or problems we encountered. She is very knowledgeable on the local area and on hand for any advice or recommendations. I would love a return visit at some stage.

The property was great! From the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor dining spaces, we had beautiful views with very well-appointed amenities. We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded.

It is a beautiful house and setting; easy to reach the centre of St. Maxime and StTropez ferry.

We had a very good time. We were lucky with the weather and spent time around the pool as well as travelling around the area. The house was very well appointed; particularly the kitchen,and the owner was always available on the phone to give advice. We would certainly recommend it to others. There were a couple of domestic issues with cleaning and linen provided, but the owner had been let down by a staff member. She is well aware of these issues, was very apologetic and is taking action to ensure that they do not recur. We will certainly consider staying there again.

Maison propre et très bien équipé, piscine très grande et sympa. Bain à remous payant et non précisé dans l annonce et un peu surpris de voir une chambre hors maison dans le garage ce qui est dommage. Sinon nous avons passer un bon séjour.

En god oplevelse i Sainte - Maxime.

Et pragtfuldt hus med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Huset er ny renoveret og er i meget fin stand. Vi var seks personer i alderen fra 25 til 60 plus. Alle var positivt overrasket over funktionaliteten af huset og udenoms faciliteterne. Husets beliggenhed giver et godt udgangspunkt for bilture til forskellige aktiviteter. Huset ligger i et roligt område, men ikke længere væk end man kan gå til Sainte – Maxime centrum på 10-15 minutter. Vi kan varmt anbefale en ferie i et fantastisk område og et dejligt hus. Der var en god kontakt til ejeren som var meget behjælpelig i alle henser. MVH familien Græsdal
