In a park of 4000m2 with an English garden, typical Normandy house flint and timber of 140m2, facing south. Ideal for holidays between woods (50m) and sea (to1. 5kms), accessible by hiking trails.

Our house includes:
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room with wood stove, living room, bathroom, entrance with stairs, a games room and a bedroom with a double bed. A laundry room accessible from outside with a washing machine.
Upstairs: a landing room with a desk and a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, a third bed also with a 140X 190 and a cot, a changing table as well as a ensuite bathroom . Wifi broadband.
With family or friends, on foot or by bike, on land or in water, you will enjoy the authenticity of this farmhouse that combines the tradition of old houses and the comfort facilities of today.

Starting point to discover Dieppe, the villages of Varengeville-sur-Mer, Veules-les-Roses, the cliffs of chalk, wood of Ailly and beautiful gardens (wood Moutiers, The Vasterival, Shamrock .. .) or the manor of Ango. Guests can enjoy freshly caught fish dories Quiberville-sur-Mer or enjoy the many nearby restaurants.

Two bicycles are available as well as garden furniture and chairs for 8 people, barbecue.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaften Garten. Im Haus findet sich alles was man braucht. Im Garten gibt es zahlreiche Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

vielseitiges Haus mit Charme

Wir haben die Zeit über alle Maßen genossen. Haus und Garten bieten sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft. Auch die Umgebung ist schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - besser geht es nicht!

Place to be for nice summer vacation

The house is amazing: nice, large and equipped with all a family needs. Interior is clean and very pretty furnished. The location contains a huge garden area that invites for doing sports or just relaxing in the hamock. Beach is quite close, about 2km by foot and less than 5 minutes by car. There are lots of great wandering all around the house. Getting into larger cities (Paris, Rouen) is super easy through train connection from Dieppe Station (20km by car from Ste Marguerite). The owners of the house are perfectly kind and have prepared a tremendous map of sights in the closer environment. Looking for a nice area that allows a cosy stay even when the weather is bad? This is the place to be!

naturnahes, gemütliches Haus

Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub in einem originell eingerichteten Haus. Ausstattung ist ausreichend, Bad neu, viel Platz in Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse, weitläufiger Garten, ideal zum Spielen für die Kinder. Die Quartierskatze kommt zu Besuch und dann und wann spazieren Hühner aus der Nachbarschaft durch den Garten. Umgebung ist wunderschön, wir sind immer zum Strand gelaufen.

un sejour parfait

Que demander de plus que d'arriver sans voiture, sans problèmes dans une si belle maison qui correspond exactement à tout ce qui avait été expliqué par Romain et Coralie?! La propriété était plus grande que nos attentes. Le cadre était non seulement idyllique mais aussi adapté à une famille avec enfant en bas âge sans voiture, l'arrêt de bus étant juste en face de la maison et les chemins à travers les bois commencant juste en face de la maison. Le seul petit inconvénient pour nous était de devoir prendre nos propres serviettes de bain, mais j'imagine que pour la plupart des gens voyageant en voiture, cela ne pose pas de problèmes. Tout était très propre et parfaitement expliqué. Romain s'est même pris la peine d'installer un accessoire balancoire pour bébé et les enfants ont la générosité de partager leur salle de jeux, ce qui est vraiment particulier. Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs de ce séjour que ce soit à l'intérieur devant le feu de bois par jour de pluie, qu'á l'extérieur à la découverte de paysages magnifiques.

Lovely house and garden, great place to enjoy the Normandie and the holidays

This place is just beautiful. The garden is lovely and has a lot of space to relax and just enjoy the time. The house itself is really well equipped. We missed nothing at all. It has so many cute details that we almost felt at home. It is really a place we can highly recommend. We have been there three families with each a small baby / child and Coralie & Romain even had baby beds for us prepared. Thank you again for everything.

Des vacances familiales idéales

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 15j cet été. La maison est meublée avec simplicité et avec goût, et est particulièrement fonctionnelle. Même si la cuisine est petite, elle est particulièrement bien équipée. La salle à manger est un lieu de rassemblement très convivial autour du poêle, les chambres et le salon sont confortables. On se sent très à l'aise et très bien accueillis. Le soin apporté au jardin, très bien agencé, est vraiment appréciable. Le seul bémol est la proximité de la route mais on trouve facilement des coins au calme et on n'entend rien depuis la maison.

Great home away for families

We stayed two weeks in the Le Petitou. The house was absolutely phantastic, the facilities were very complete (both inside the house and in the garden), everything had a high standard, was very clean and worked perfectly -- we definitely felt at home away from home. The garden is quite great and our kids had a very nice time playing. Getting to the beach by foot was possible after the lovely hosts provided us with a nice way with a scenic view of the seaside. We would definitely recommend this house for families up to 8 persons.
