Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property.The house was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight, offering complete privacy, which is rare. The location was also excellent, with a Carrefour Express nearby for essentials, a beautiful 13 km coastal walking path just a few minutes away, and an excellent restaurant next to the Pierre & Vacances village (a bit pricey, but well worth it).Our only issue was the communication before arrival. I contacted the owner three days before our trip because I was unable to reach the local person responsible for check-in. Unfortunately, I received no response until the day we arrived. We later learned there had been a misunderstanding, and the property had not yet been prepared for our arrival.To her credit, the local manager was extremely kind, apologized sincerely, and worked quickly to get everything ready. She also waived the 180 cleaning fee, which we greatly appreciated.At this price point, however, I would have expected more proactive communication from the owner, or at least a message acknowledging the inconvenience.One recommendation: all mosquito nets should be securely installed, free of holes, and large enough to close completely around the beds.Despite the stressful arrival, we had a wonderful stay overall.
