à éviter
bruyant (route-chien dès 4 h matin-tvx)-clim bruyante mal placée inefficace pour la chambre (il fait très chaud malgré les ventilateurs) et passoire thermique-aucune moustiquaire et fenêtres bois à store sur la partie haute-sombre-baie inutile soleil dès le matin-petite terrasse avec boitier clim bruyant et odeurs d'excrément de chien non ramassé par le propriétaire du chien-sombre (lumière en permanence) déco année 80 avec odeur d'humidité dans les meubles-vaisselle très agée imprégné d'odeur-linge de maison (serviettes toilette et torchons) ont bien vécus et imprégnés d'odeur-eau chaude longue à venir (utilisation de beaucoup d'eau)-peu de prises électriques et mal placées avec boitier douteux dans un placard (aux normes ?)-capte difficilement internet dans le logement et sur la terrasse un peu mieux mais sans plus-et pour cloturer le tout j'ai rencontré une énorme araignée une nuit dans les toilettes, la grosseur d'une migale moins velue et plus clair. La propriétaire n'est pas sur place.

Séjour Sainte Luce
Logement sombre surtout le séjour, nécessité d'avoir la lumière électrique en permanence.
Difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres (boiseries très foncées) si on met la climatisation (climatiseur dans le séjour mais pas dans la chambre).
Impossible d'utiliser la mini terrasse dû à la présence du climatiseur extérieur

Propriété très bien placé pas loin de la plage voisinage très agréable petite boutique pas très loin quartier assez animé avec activités sportives (foot randonnée jet ski)
