Studio completely renovated in December 2014 with an area of 35m2, not overlooked in a small joint ownership of 6 studios, on the hillside, without elevator.
Breathtaking view of the Diamond Rock, the bay of Sainte Anne and the entrance to the Marin port.
Large protected terrace.
The mezzanine is not included in the rental.
Fully equipped: Air conditioning, 160 bed with mosquito net, fitted and equipped kitchen. Washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Wi-fi connection, television.
Sheets and towels provided.
Welcome on site upon arrival until 8:30 p.m. After this time, the keys will be made available in a place which will be indicated by telephone by the person responsible for reception and the inventory will be made the next day.
Personalized reception after 8:30 p.m. is still possible for € 50 to be paid to the person and upon express request.
THERE IS NO RECEPTION AND DEPARTURE GUARANTEED ON SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS IN MARTINIQUE. (This point must be addressed when booking.)

The studio which is on the top of the Domaine de Belfond is 500m from the village with its shops, its local market and 300m from the Pointe Marin beach. It is also very close to the most beautiful beaches in Martinique: Les Salines, Cap Chevalier, Anse Michel, Anse Trabaud ...

Très agréable séjour.

Appartement très propre et super équipé. Une vue magnifique sur le mouillage de Sainte Anne et au fond le rocher du Diamant et le morne Larcher. La plage et le bourg de Sainte Anne sont accessibles à pied.

Location très bien

Superbe vue , attention aux personnes un peu handicapées car il y a beaucoup de marches à monter pour y accéder . Tout le confort pour passer un agréable séjour. Très bon accueil

Studio calme et bien situé avec vue imprenable

Le studio est bien situé sur les hauteurs de Sainte Anne, et offre une vue magnifique sur la baie. Le quartier est calme, ce qui est très appréciable en Martinique. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La climatisation est opérationnelle, et surtout indispensable ! Le propriétaire est très courtois et sérieux, de même que la personne qui nous a accueillis. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. A noter pour les personnes qui y seraient sensibles qu'il y a quelques escaliers à franchir pour atteindre le logement, prix à payer pour bénéficier de la vue imprenable ! Merci et à bientôt j'espère pour un prochain séjour en Martinique.

Studio cosy avec vue magnifique

Le studio était en tout point conforme aux descriptions; avec en plus une décoration très soignée on se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse et de sa vue magnifique, et avons bénéficié d'un excellent accueil sur place. Si nous revenons en Martinique du Sud, ce sera ici !

Le logement est bien situé et dispose de tout le nécessaire.

Du balcon, on dispose d'une belle vue sur la baie. C'est très calme. L'accès à la plage est facile (10 minutes à pieds). La proximité de Sainte Anne permet de faire des courses également à pieds. Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire et est très propre. Un grand réfrigérateur, une machine à laver le linge, un microonde, une belle salle de bain, un grand lit pour ne citer que l'essentiel. A l'arrivée, nous sommes accueillis avec gentillesse par Evelyne. Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances au calme. A recommander.

Studio idéalement situé, au calme avec belle vue mer. La plage est à 5 minutes à pieds. Séjour repos

Le studio est idéalement situé à 500m de la jolie plage de St Anne, sur la hauteur, ce qui permet de profiter d'une très belle vue mer de la terrasse. Très bien équipé, tout y est pour se sentir comme chez soi. Les produits de première nécessité ( sacs poubelle, produits ménagers, allumettes, produits anti moustiques....) sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, ce qui est très pratique lors d'une arrivée tardive. La décoration est soignée ce qui fait de cet endroit un petit refuge coquet avec la bibliothèque où livres sont également là pour satisfaire les vacanciers lecteurs. Je n'ai aucune hésitation quant à conseiller ce logement qui possède également la climatisation. Très bonne location.

studio à quelques minutes de la plage

le studio était très bien et répondait parfaitement à nos attentes. le propriétaire n'était pas sur place mais à parfaitement organisé notre arrivée puis notre départ avec une tierce personne. le studio est fonctionnel et bien équipé ; la vue est superbe (permet de voir le diamant à l'horizon) ; il se situe a 5/10min de la plage à pied ; les plages sont particulièrement belles aux alentours du studio. A recommander !
