The property consists of four units combining practicality and Creole charm:

*Apartment 1 (Ground Floor - Sleeps 6):** The most spacious apartment, facing the pool. 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (queen-size beds), 2 bathrooms, a bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine).
*Apartment 2 (First Floor - 4 people):** 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (160 cm beds), living area opening onto a shared terrace with outdoor furniture.
*Apartment 3 (First Floor - 2 people):** Charming apartment with access via a spiral staircase, 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), en-suite bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen.
*Apartment 4 (Ground Floor - 2 people):** 1 air-conditioned bedroom, smart TV, bathroom, and functional kitchen (a few steps at the entrance).

*Within walking distance:** Caravelle Beach, kitesurfing school.
*5-minute drive:** Sainte-Anne village, with its colorful local market, beach restaurants, and local shops.
*Places to explore:** Gosier Islet (15 min) and the spectacular Pointe des Châteaux (30 min).

Destination-specific information
Guadeloupe is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
From Guadeloupe Pôle Caraïbes Airport, pick up your rental car and head towards Pointe-à-Pitre/Le Gosier. Then follow the signs for Sainte-Anne/Saint-François, taking the RN4 and then the RN5. This road is smooth and well-signposted; you will pass through urban areas and then more open landscapes typical of Grande-Terre.

After about 25 to 30 minutes of driving, you will arrive on the outskirts of Sainte-Anne. Keep an eye out: you will pass the Club Med La Caravelle, an excellent landmark. Just past the Club Med, take the first right.

A few meters further on, turn immediately right following the sign for "Plage de la Caravelle" (Caravelle Beach). Take this small road and continue for about 400 meters.

At the bend, you will see a dead end on the left: turn into it. The residence is immediately at the intersection, on the right. You've arrived — all you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy the nearby beach !
