We did not stay. The hotel was sub-par in terms of cleanliness and not at all what we expected. The room we had reserved wreaked of cigarette smoke although, upon checking in, we had to sign a document against smoking in rooms. Our room was located near a stairwell that smelled of garbage. A real disappointment to say the least. On a good note, Expedia and the hotel refunded us promptly the next morning.

We always love the pool, hot tub and sauna. Nicely maintained property and excellent central location close to rue principale, ski slopes and Fun Park, restaurants, shopping and across the street from Provigo. We always enjoy the spacious rooms with wood fireplace and whirlpool tub and kind staff.

We've been here multiple times due to the location and the pool area, but since our first visit, the rooms have not changed much. The bathroom was great, but the lounge part of our suite needs a little TLC. We will go back nonetheless!

This hotel clearly needs renovations and updating. We booked a two-night stay at this hotel. We left after one night even if already paid and non refundable. We just couldn't. You see needs for repairs and updates everywhere, in the rooms, common areas, exterior etc. There is old furniture which deserves to be thrown to trash. I paid more for a « suite » as I prefer to have a sofa and it was too disgusting and uncomfortable to sit on, If I owned this place, I would be ashamed to have people pay for this. Hopefully, someone with deeper pockets could take this over and turn it around as the is a lot going for it, such as location.

In general the gardens have been greatly improved however the garden with the statue does NOT give a good impression of the care taken at this facility

For the first time disappointed stayed here many times, in room main light over bed not working no fire log provided no hot water in shower. No house coats for shower or pool all dirty being cleaned. The spa was dirty but pool was clean except all the sitting area covered in garbage
