Amazing hotel!!

What an excellent place to stay! The staff absolutely top notch, so helpful, friendly and very professional. Theon was spectacular and that view from the balcony was amazing. The room was clean, bed was the most comfortable I had in Switzerland, breakfast was good with a decent selection. I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to the bus line so perfect for explore the city or getting to the train station. I would definitely get a room with a balcony, you definitely won't regret it.

The view of Lake Geneva, Chateau Chillon and the Rhone Valley to Dents de Midi from our balcony room (and the hotel terrace / bar) was stunning! Our room was spacious with tea/coffee and minibar. The quality of the bedding - mattress, pillows and duvet - was exceptional and guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff, supported by interns from numerous countries worldwide, were all friendly, helpful and professional in looking after us during our stay. The centre of Montreux (for shops/restaurants), the ferry dock and the railway station were a 20 min walk away along the shore of Lake Geneva - or 5 mins by the frequent local bus. A fantastic, memorable experience in a beautiful hotel and City.

Great hotel, amazing staff and incredible accommodations. We traveled with family and reserved 2 rooms, bot were extremely clean and had plenty of room for several suitcases. The bathrooms were spacious and had all of the basic necessities. The outside garden and closeness to the lake, makes this hotel a top notch option. The cost is very affordable and the staff is amazing. Ara was our server both at the hotel bar and at breakfast time, and she exceeded all of our expectations, she is professional, friendly and extremely helpful with providing sightseeing recommendations. The entire staff of this hotel is incredible and very pleasant. The hotel owners are very fortunate to have such a great group of professionals woerking there. Thank you for an incredible experience.

The property is gorgeous, with amazing views and great location, with lots of dining and entertainment options available close by. The cost of the room was budget friendly, and the room upgrade they offered was amazing. ALL of the staff were incredibly friendly, warm and professional at the same time. Especially Ara, our bar and breakfast server, she is a great professional and extremely welcoming. The hotel has an amazing staff overall. Kudos to the owners for their staff selection.

The property was lovely and we had a stunning view of the garden and lake from our balcony. The main patio off reception is gorgeous with seating areas and a fire - which was a bonus as it was chilly. The property is right on the promenade that takes you to the main strip. It's about a 10 minute walk along the promenade but the walk is beautiful next to the lake.

We had a fabulous stay. The hotel was just as lovely as we’d hoped - perfect lake views on the balconies and a lovely dining terrace. We chose to go half board and despite there being no choice, we enjoyed everything we were served. There was easy access to the promenade for walking and we made great use of the Montreux Riviera card on the bus (bus stop very near by) and trains. All staff were friendly and helpful, we had fantastic stay and we’d all like to return.

Beautiful lobby. Wonderful staff. Fantastic breakfast with large selection. Very pretty outdoor furniture with views of the lake. Short walk on lakeside to boat for the castle. Drawback in August there is no AC & the room was staggering hot. Our room, with a city view was so close to the train you could almost touch it. See photo of hotel sign next to train track! With church bells on the hour, no AC & many trains it was uncomfortable. Highly recommended lakeside room.
