Renovated stone house in the center of the village, A/C and swimming pool

Magnificent Provencal house with vaults for 12 people fully air conditioned with heated swimming pool (approximately 12 M2) and whirlpool. The swimming pool is closed from October to April depending on the weather. Small shops nearby (5 restaurants, a bakery, a tobacco shop, a grocery store, a brewery, a butcher shop depending on the season) in the heart of the village of Saint Remèze.

Regarding the house:
* 4 double bedrooms with 160/200 cm bedding, one bedroom with bunk beds, all air conditioned (The beds and bedding are new and of professional quality).
* 2 bathrooms and a powder room, two toilets.
* Beautiful air-conditioned dining room with a large volume under the framework (Provencal ceiling in tomettes) which has a large convivial table.
* An open kitchen with everything you need for cooking. For winter or off-season rentals the house has a pellet stove.
* Living area with sofa bed and large screen.
* Comfortable library area with sofa and television.
* A games room on the ground floor for older children with television, table football, darts, juke box, beer tap and light decoration. This room can easily be used as a small dormitory.
* Beautiful tropical veranda with bar area

To be paid upon arrival:
* Mandatory: cleaning service = 130 euros.
* Optional: provision of "beds made" with towels = 12 € / room.
* Deposit: 1000 euros (not cashed) and returned on departure after inventory.

WELCOME: For your comfort, a nearby person will welcome you, give you two sets of keys and present the house to you. You will have his phone number for any problems during your stay.

Gîte à éviter
Je ne recommande pas ce gîte. Alors que de nombreux défauts ont été annoncés à l'arrivée (pompe de la piscine cassée, climatisation cassée, toilettes mal en point,...), le propriétaire du gîte est resté injoignable. La personne en charge de l'accueil a réussi a faire réparer la piscine le 4ème jour mais le fait de n'avoir aucun dédommagement ni aucune discussion avec le propriétaire me laisse perplexe...Je ne recommande donc pas ce gîte et n'y reviendrai certainement pas.

Très bon séjour Maison assez grande pour que tout le monde est son espace vu qu’on était 12 Pleins de pièces et bcp de loisir au sein de la maison Les enfants comme les grands on a bien apprécié la piscine vu la chaleur La région est superbe vraiment mais tout le monde a passé de bonnes vacances Valérie est vraiment réactive, bon accueil et attentionnée Merci pour tout

Maison bien adaptée pour séjourner en famille et visiter la région
La maison est ancienne mais a toutes les commodités. Des espaces de vie dans est à l'extérieur de la maison permettent d'apprécier le séjour. Le bassin est un vrai plus lorsqu'il fait très chaud. La région des gorges de l'Ardèche est très belle et permet de nombreuses activités individuelles ou en famille sur la rivière, dans les grottes (nous avons visité celles de Chauvet et de St Marcel) ou bien en sous-bois (ex:la forêt d'Emile z'arbres). Des villages de caractère comme Balazuc et Vogüé (château et viaduc) sont très beaux et méritent d'être visités. Les distances à parcourir depuis St Remèze vers ces différents lieux n'excèdent pas 45 min. Vacances agréables garanties.

Prachtige woning
Dit is een prachtige vakantiewoning met goede bedden en meer dan ruimte genoeg . Mooi zwembad en in bijna elke kamer een airco . enige kleine minpuntje , is dat er enkele kleine gebreken zijn zoals haperende verlichting in berging , enz. Maar over het algemeen een heel goede vakantie gehad .

Très bon séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner dans cette maison. L'architecture intérieure est vraiment très originale et change des maisons classiques. Les lits sont très confortables, l'équipement généreux, la salle de jeux est parfaite pour les enfants et les adultes. La localisation à proximité de l'Ardèche, du Pont d'Arc et des grottes est également très bonne. Louée en hiver, la maison manquait un peu de maintenance (Ampoules manquantes, fenêtres bloquées, serrure porte d'entrée très difficile à fermer...) mais cela restait mineur et pourra être résolu facilement. Merci à Valérie pour son service et son attention pour rendre le séjour idéal.
