Une terrasse avec salon de jardin, exposée Sud-Ouest et une terrasse attenante à la cuisine, exposée au Nord-Ouest, plus fraîche en été.
Terrain avec balancelle et petite piscine très agréable pour se rafraichir lors de grosse chaleur!!
Terrain pas forcément adapté aux jeunes enfants, ni aux chiens, pas clôturé entièrement.
Elle se situe en fond d'impasse donc très au calme et sans vis à vis.
On peut accéder aux plages à pied. Idéal pour combiner mer et piscine.
