The choice between swimming in the crystal clear waters and the heated half-moon swimming pool will be difficult!

This renovated 50m2 apartment offers you a spacious living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.

A closed car park specific to the residence is located 100m away, as well as the tennis court with a view of the sea!

The Tayas train station is a 15-minute walk away, you can reach Agay and St Raphaël on one side as well as Theoule and Cannes on the other. The stop for buses N° 8 and 21 to St Raphaël is 50m away.



The Résidence du Cap Nérée has some defects on the facade which are however only visual and not structural, the whole will be refracted winter 2023/24

La terrasse offre une vue incroyable sur le littoral de l’esterel et la Méditerranée. Sans vis à vis et au calme, l’appartement est parfait pour se ressourcer. La résidence a été récemment rénovée. Elle est familiale et très agréable avec sa piscine à débordement, son accès à la mer et la vue sur le massif de l’esterel. Elle est très bien située entre St Raphaël et Cannes, et offre pleins de possibilités de balades dans la région ou de randonnées dans le massif de l’esterel. Si vous recherchez un endroit paisible, loin du tumulte de la foule, avec une jolie vue tout en ayant la possibilité de sortir et de découvrir la Côte d’Azur, c’est l’endroit idéal. Nous remercions Terry qui a su nous conseiller et est restée à l’écoute de nos demandes. Nous garderons un beau souvenir de ce séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Es ist eine unglaubliche tolle Unterkunft wir waren eine Woche dort! Der Standort und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist zu noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Die Gastgeber sind extrem hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend!
