Gîte 35 - SAINT-PIERRE-DE-TRIVISY

Located at an altitude of 620 meters in the Hautes Terres d'Oc region, this fully renovated village house offers a pleasant setting for exploring Saint-Pierre-de-Trivisy and the treasures of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. The village has all the shops you need for your stay, as well as a wellness center and spa open year-round. Just a few minutes' walk away, the leisure center offers a water park, slides, treetop adventure courses, and summer activities for the whole family. The 68 m² cottage is arranged over three levels. On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a cloakroom/laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. A staircase provides access to the upper floors. On the first floor, the welcoming living area combines the lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. This space opens directly onto a pleasant 15 m² south-facing terrace. Also on this level is a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and a bathroom with a large shower and separate WC.
