Hôte peu correcte qui ne tient pas ses engagements

Logement bien placé et très calme mais à peine installés on nous saute dessus pour nous demander pourquoi Abritel n'a pas encore fait le versement. Ensuite, malgré les 50€ de frais de nettoyage, la poussière n'avait pas été faite depuis un moment sur les étagères, tête de lit ect, le wifi ne fonctionne que dans la cour et l'entrée de la véranda, le sèche-cheveux est hs et le pommeau de douche déconne (pas remplacés malgré nos 2 semaines de présence). 2 jours avant notre arrivee l'hôte nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de lave-linge dans le studio mais que nous ne devions pas nous inquieter car elle s'occuperait de laver notre linge. MAIS ! 3 jours avant notre départ quand on lui a demandé une quatrième et dernière lessive, elle a pris la liberté de ne pas respecter sa parole et nous a tout simplement envoyé balader sur un ton très agressif devant notre petite fille de 9ans "c'est votre travail de laver le linge ça suffit je vous ai déjà fait assez de lessive et puis les serviettes de toilette pas besoin de les laver vous pouvez les faire sécher et de toute façon je suis pas obligée de vous faire des lessives". Nous laissant donc sans vêtements ni serviettes propres, à 7h de chez nous. Apparemment, en plein été, quand on se balade toute la journée et qu'on transpire, quand on est 3 personnes, qu'on a des affaires de plage à laver et qu'on se change tous les jours et bien 3 lessives en 11 jours et en fournissant nos dosettes de lessive c'était trop pour notre hôte...
