Located a 5-minute walk from the heart of the picturesque port of La Cotinière, hidden at the end of a small alley, this 100m² house on an 800m² plot is perfect for a peaceful vacation with family or friends.

This single-story house boasts numerous windows, and the large living room is bathed in the magical light of the Île d'Oléron from morning to night.

The living room features:
- a very large open-plan kitchen equipped with all cooking equipment (oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes)
- a living room with two comfortable sofas, a large digital TV, and Wi-Fi.
- a long central table (baby chair available).

Ruhiges Haus mit großer Terrasse in zentraler Lage

Wir können das Objekt insgesamt empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt, so dass jeder von uns ein eigenes Schlafzimmer nutzen konnte. Da die Doppel-Betten nur 1,20 M breit sind, war das für uns ein Vorteil. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral. Der Außenbereich groß und in Teilen schattig. Küche und Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und großzügig.

Surf trip à Oleron

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison très accueillante, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, avec un petit jardin ombragé sans vis à vis très agréable. Situé à 10-15 minutes en voiture des spots de surf Vert-Bois, Les Alassins et Saint Trojan ! Au top ! Merci !

Fijn vakantiehuis

Het huis is ruim en schoon en fris. Inrichting, badkamer en keuken zijn als nieuw. Ruime tuin met vrij uitzicht over grasveldje. Het huis ligt in een woonwijk. De haven van Cotiniere is per voet in een kwartier bereikbaar. Daar is ook strand, maar niet geschikt om te zwemmen. Wij hebben er een hele fijne week gehad.

Très belle prestation, à refaire

Super ! Très belle maison de vacances où l'on se sent bien et où il fait bon vivre. Proche commerces à pied tout en étant très au calme, génial pour le repos. Idéale pour une grande famille, je recommande cet endroit.
