This 270m² cottage, including 140m² of living space, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay with family or friends: an ergonomic kitchen with a central island, fully equipped and open to the living room; a lounge with windows on three sides, four sofas, and a large flat-screen TV with a soundbar. A veranda overlooking the pool features a small foosball table (which converts into a small pool table) and a sofa.

Also on the ground floor, a family suite comprises two adjoining bedrooms (see floor plan), one with three beds and the other with two beds; a playroom for children; a bedroom with three beds; and a large bathroom/laundry room with a washbasin and walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a large landing with a dressing room leads to a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, two washbasins, and a toilet.

A bakery and tobacconist are a 5-minute drive away, and the town of Longuée-Jumelles, offering all necessary shops and services, is just 10 minutes away. Take advantage of your stay in Anjou to stroll through the forests of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park, enjoy a cruise on the Loire River, visit the castles of Saumur, Montsoreau, Brézé, Chinon, Ussé, or the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud. The region is also rich in vineyards: Bourgueil, Saumur, Layon, Chinon, and more.

The 270m² house and garden are entirely reserved for guests.
