Mooi, net en schoon huis, van alle gemakken voorzien voor een heerlijk verblijf. Prachtig zwembad waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Fijne ontvangst door host Jérôme, communicatie met hem verliep soepel. In de omgeving leuke dingen om te doen met kinderen (zipline, krokodillenboerderij, strand aan de Ardeche). Kortom: een heerlijke plaats voor een vakantie in het gebied van de Ardeche en Rhone!

Tolles Haus mit moderner und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter diskreter Vermieter.

Très bon séjour en Ardèche

Nous avons passé une semaine en Ardèche dans une belle maison très bien aménagé dans un lotissement calme et proche de plusieurs villes. Nous avons profité de la terrasse couverte avec une plancha et la piscine très bien Sécurisé. Un hôte très accueillant et qui vous renseigne sans aucun souci. Situé à 40 min de la vallée du pont d’arc pour faire du canoë et le plus a été la soirée du 15 Août à saint esprit avec un concert et food truck et le final un des meilleurs feu d’artifice… super séjour

Bonjour Jolie logement, propre et fonctionnel avec climatisation ou chauffage, 3 chambres et un grand espace de vie. Ce dernier s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse couverte, aménagée d'un salon, d'une table et d'un barbecue. Accès à une très jolie piscine sécurisée.

Mitigé

Séjour un peu exceptionnel. La sécheresse et la canicule nous ont privés de la majeure partie des activités nautiques qui agrémentent, d'habitude, ce type de vacances en Ardèche. Piscine très petite. Bien équipée, sûre, avec parasols et bains de soleil, elle permet de se rafraîchir, pas de nager. La terrasse extérieure, abritée, est orientée plein sud, donc peu utilisable à midi. La maison est heureusement équipée d'une climatisation centralisée très efficace. Équipement de cuisson de bonne qualité. Pensez à prévoir de l'eau en bouteille à votre arrivée, celle de la maison est à peine buvable. Les eaux usées sont recueillies dans une fosse sceptique dont les odeurs sont souvent désagréables. Le linge de maison et les draps sont immaculés et neufs. Un petit reproche : même si le nettoyage est inclus dans le prix de la location, le propriétaire s'attend à ce que le ménage soit fait, la cuisine propre et les poubelles vidées et évacuées.

Maison tout confort

Très belle maison, spacieuse, propre, confortable, très bien équipée et proche de toutes commodités (10 mn environ à pied du centre où l'on trouve une boulangerie, boucherie, supérette, fleuriste, restaurant...) La piscine est vraiment un plus et a fortement été appréciée avec la canicule. Un grand merci à Monsieur Burin pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.

Au top !!!

Situation idéale pour visiter les environs. Quartier calme. Boulangerie, boucherie à 10 minutes à pied. La maison est moderne, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, au top ! Sans oublier la piscine où il fait bon se rafraîchir ! Merci à Monsieur Burin pour son excellent accueil ! Allez-y sans hésiter !!!

Très jolie maison, pratique et agréable. La maison est équipée comme chez soi, avec de l’électroménager de qualité, et non comme un hébergement touristique. Décoration soignée. Piscine très agréable, idéale pour les enfants. Penser à ramener de l’eau minérale pour le jour d’arrivée. Il y a un adoucisseur d’eau. Donc pas terrible pour une arrivée avec 30°.
