The small house on the hill is ideally located 10 minutes walk from shops. It overlooks the village. The land, 8000 m², is enclosed and spacious. Beautifully landscaped. A playground for little ones, but also for older ones, a shaded petanque area for good moments with friends or family. The swimming pool is just in front of the house, it is heated and secured by a roller shutter 6 m * 3.50 m, the water line is at 1.50 m. The living area is 60 m², you enter directly into the air-conditioned living room: lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen.

On the night side, we find two bedrooms:

A first air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm.

A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets for more comfort. A bathroom with toilet.

Adorable maison au calme

Nous avons été reçus chaleureusement dans cette charmante location. La maison est coquette, compacte, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un délicieux séjour.
