Family villa par excellence, this welcoming house, classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located a stone's throw from the lagoon in L'Ermitage Les Bains.
With 6 bedrooms, and able to accommodate up to 12 people, it is fully equipped.
It also benefits from a beautiful wooded garden, a large wooden terrace, a natural stone swimming pool, a boules court in the shade of the mango tree, a ping pong table and a lovely outdoor space fitted with a barbecue and outdoor games that will delight both children and adults.

The Kap Corail villa enjoys a privileged location, with the beach being easily accessible on foot.
It is also close to numerous shops, restaurants and the market where you can find various local products on Sunday morning.

For the little story, the Villa Kap Corail was originally an old Tomi house dating from the 70s that has evolved over time.
Now the original Tomi house is considered the "annex" part, also called "outbuilding" of the main villa, which was built later, around the 80s/90s.

A true heritage of Creole culture, the Tomi houses first appeared in the 1960s and replaced the precarious dwellings (straw houses or wooden houses under sheet metal) that were predominantly found on the island at that time. Regarding its name, the Tomi house simply took the name of the entrepreneur who had conceived its concept.

Since then, the entire ensemble has been completely renovated and still consists of the main villa, which can accommodate up to 8 people, and its outbuilding (former Tomi house) which can accommodate up to 4 people, for a total capacity of 12 people, allowing families and friends to gather comfortably.
The theme chosen for the decoration is that of the lagoon. Also, each room is named after one of its inhabitants.
At Villa Kap Corail, you will be immersed in the heart of the coral reef by discovering its rooms with an aquatic universe.

About The Main House:

It is composed of 4 bedrooms, each with storage spaces, air conditioners and air circulators.
A corridor serves the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with toilets.
- The "angelfish" room consists of a Queen size bed
- The "clownfish" room has 2 single beds that can be brought together to form a large double bed
- The "coral" room is a master suite, equipped with a Queen size bed and a private bathroom with toilets.
On the upper floor is finally the "boxfish" room, also equipped with its own bathroom with separate toilets.

The ground floor features a beautiful living space where the dining area is open to the kitchen.
The functional kitchen is fully equipped with both large and small appliances.
For your relaxation, this large living area has an indoor lounge equipped with cosy sofas, a flat-screen Tv and its bouquet of Tv channels.
Also with a small mezzanine upstairs with a reading area.

On the tropical veranda, you will find the magnificent hand-painted mural created by the artist Yann Le Gall.
A large dining table will invite you to contemplate it during your meals and to spend good times together.
You will also find a relaxation area with an outdoor lounge near the pool as well as a barbecue.

The garden, with its trees and flowers, welcomes you to discover beautiful tropical species, and you may have the chance to taste the garden's fruits depending on the season. You will find among others: mango tree, avocado tree, coconut tree, combava, bougainvillea, hibiscus, laurels, ylang ylang... It's up to you to discover the rest!

About Dependency:

Adjacent to the main house, an outbuilding, entirely independent, is available at an additional cost.
Directly opening onto its veranda, it consists of a lovely living area with kitchen, living room and dining room.
The "seahorse" and "scorpionfish" rooms are both equipped with queen-size beds, storage spaces and air conditioning.
A bathroom with an Italian shower and a toilet, as well as a laundry room, complete the ensemble.

The villa and the outbuilding are covered by high-speed WiFi. Netflix access is also available on site.
You can park up to 2 vehicles inside. Additional parking spaces are also available outside.

Before Validating Your Booking:

Please note that the accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people.
Any organisation of parties, guest receptions or events is strictly prohibited.
Professional photo reports and video shoots possible only under conditions.
Necessity to contact us in advance to obtain authorisation.
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, retentions will automatically apply to the deposit.
As a security measure, a video surveillance device is installed at the external access points of the villa.
For the deposit, we use the Swikly service, an extra-secure solution, which simply allows you to deposit your deposit online, by bank card imprint, without debit or impact on your ceiling.

This accommodation is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility (prm).

For the comfort of toddlers, the accommodation has a baby bed, a high chair and a baby bathtub.

Moreover, depending on the number of travelers participating in the stay, here are the two possible options:
- Up to 8 people: you will have the main villa with 4 bedrooms
- Beyond 8 people: you will have both the villa, as well as the annex with 2 additional bedrooms.

Special case: if you are only 8 people (or fewer) and still wish to enjoy the annex for your comfort, this is entirely possible.
