Logement avec terrasse/salle à manger d'extérieur couverte parfaite pour le climat de La Réunion. Bien situé, on peut aller à pied au bord de mer, au marché et au centre ville. Accès en voiture facile depuis la 4 voies. La propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et a vraiment le désir que notre séjour se passe bien.

Ideales Appartement für einen Aufenthalt in Saint Paul und Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Sie fliegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Meer ist wenige 100 Meter entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Appartement très bien situé. Possibilité de faire le marché de Saint Paul qui n'est pas loin du tout. De même pour les commerces. Tout peut se faire à pieds ce qui n'est pas désagréable. Seul petit bémol quand on est en ville comme cela c'est le bruit. Mais avec des boules quies ça le fait.

Très bien accueillis, nous avons apprécié la qualité du logement très bien aménagé et très soigné .Les moments passés sur la terrasse protégée du soleil , les regards posés sur le minuscule jardin mais si joliment planté ont toujours été agréables.. De plus , et ce n'est pas un moindre avantage, le logement est bien situé ; à une rue du bord de mer . Merci à notre hôtesse pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse

Séjour de 15 jours à St Paul en octobre 2018

On a de suite apprécié ces deux studios propres ,confortables et fonctionnels., très bien situés près du marché et de la mer. Il faut souligner aussi la qualité de la literie et la décoration.. La propriétaire est vraiment adorable , on ne peut que se bien entendre avec elle. Sa grande et jolie maison est mitoyenne aux studios jumeaux et dans son jardin nous avons pu voir ses deux belles tortues . Il est évident que pour notre prochain séjour à la Réunion nous reprendrons contact avec elle. Yasmina et Christian

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement. Très bien situé aux abords du front de mer, du marché forain et des commerces. Le système de patio avec cuisine d'été, terrasse et jardin est très agréable. Un grand merci à Madame Llurens pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le seul point désagréable est le manque d'insonorisation dans la chambre à coucher. (Trop de bruit la nuit) Malgré cela nous y retournerions volontiers.

Très beau séjour !

La photo ne correspond plus à la réalité car le jardin est désormais bien plus arboré. Agréable appartement très bien situé, près du Front de mer, du marché et du centre ville. Tout peut se faire à pied. Une propriétaire sympathique, à l'écoute, prête à résoudre rapidement les problèmes. Bref un très agréable séjour dans un cadre plaisant.

Propriétaire très accessible et sympathique. Logement propre et fonctionnel avec la cuisine et le salon à l'extérieur de la chambre. Très bien situé dans Saint-Paul tout près de la plage. Wifi mais avec signal plus fort sur la terrasse que dans la chambre. Seul point négatif: le bruit la nuit. Une fenêtre à une isolation phonique mauvaise et donc bruit des chiens, des camions,... tt la nuit. Très bon rapport qualité /prix . Parking gratuit devant l'appartement

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es hat genügend Schränke und seine Sachen einzuräumen. Sonia Llurens ist eine total sympathische Vermieterin, die auch vorbei kommt um zu fragen wie es geht, viele Tipps gibt. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement qui correspond parfaitement à la description donnée et construit avec de très beaux matériaux. Très bien equipé: beaucoup d'espaces de rangement et tous les ustensils de cuisine nécessaires. Un peu bruyant car en bord de route mais à deux minutes à pied du bord de mer et des commerces. Propriétaire très sympa, discrète et présente à la fois. A recommander.
