Maison idéalement située, de plein pied, agence très réactive et sérieuse (démarches faciles, personnel très sympathique, proposition rapide d'un four d'appoint suite à pb avec four encastré). Environnement très calme. Lits confortables. Logement de vacances parfait pour 2 couples.

Im Ganzen zweckmäßig eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, das allerdings teilweise etwas ungepflegt wirkte. Gute Erreichbarkeit aller wichtigen Geschäfte und Einrichtungen sowie fußläufig 15 Minuten zum nächsten Strand. Eigener Parkplatz, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Séjour très agréable. Location idéalement située. A 10 min à pied de la plage 5 min du parc et aire de jeux pour enfants. A 5 minutes de royan également. La location en elle même est conforme à l annonce. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Quartier très calme maison bien aussi. Bcp d équipements. La sdb mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Très satisfaits du séjour.

Location très bien; ménage, à revoir sérieusement...

Location de plain pied adorable, belle décoration estivale (bravo à l'artiste Isabelle pour ses peintures), terrasse et équipement au top, quartier calme et joli; mais avons trouvé un mulot mort dans la chambre le dimanche soir à notre arrivée, et des résidus noirs qui coulaient sous le pare-douche; nous avons averti l'agence interhome lundi, la personne de l'agence, très à l'écoute, a tout de suite fait appel à l'entreprise de nettoyage qui est intervenue une heure après. On regrette le manque de professionnalisme de l'entreprise, de plus aucune nouvelle de la responsable d'interhome qui ne nous a fait aucune excuse et n'a eu aucun geste commercial, alors que certains auraient tourné les talons devant ce manque d'hygiène évident...Dommage, car la location est vraiment très très agréable à tout point de vue ! c'est à cause du manque de propreté que nous avons mis 3 étoiles au lieu de 4, la location en elle-même en méritant 4 (un peu loin des commerces à pied pour 5 étoiles).
