Elegant country house on a plot as large and beautiful as a park. A lake, a clay tennis court and an extra-large swimming pool invite you to relax. The spacious interior of the house features an open marble fireplace, parquet floors and 2 pianos in the living room. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer wonderful views. There are gourmet temples in the surrounding area and not far from Bouloire there is a master chocolatier and a 15th century castle.

Oud sfeervol typisch Frans groot familiehuis

Heerlijk verblijf. Sfeervol oud familiehuis, met veel ruime vertrekken en heerlijke zeer grote tuin met groot zwembad, tennisbaan. Gezien de leeftijd van het huis moet je hier geen modern comfort verwachten; de keukens en het sanitair zijn ouderwets maar dat geeft het huis juist de charme en sfeer. Behulpzame beheerster.

Vieux château qui a des problèmes de chaudière et parfois de très fortes odeurs de canalisations. Mais chateau plein de charme et bien équipé.

Renovationsbedürftiges Haus mit grossem Pool

Das Haus war gross und geräumig. Der Pool war herrlich gross und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer sauber. Es ist schade, dass kaum Investitionen in ein so schönes Haus getätigt werden. Die Küchen und Geräte sind veraltet, das Mobiliar und viele andere Bauteile haben längst die Lebensdauer erreicht. Die Handwäsche war zwar sauber, aber eher klein. Auch das Handbuch mit nützlichen Tipps war von 2012 und längst überholt. Die Mikrolage ist zwar schön und ruhig, aber es bietet wenig Unternehmensmöglichkeiten für Familien in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Trotzdem haben wir den wunderbaren Pool bei brütender Sommerhitze genossen!
