In einer Hostellerie hat normalerweise etwas zu Essen! Man wird vor Ort, wann nichts mehr rĂŒckgĂ€ngig gemacht werden kann, auf Restaurants von mind. 20 Min Fussweg hingewiesen. Angegebene Taxinummer funktioniert nicht...

Schade!

Schade um dieses tolle Hotel. Offenbar fehlt es den Betreibern an Geld. Anders kann ich mir nicht erklÀren, dass der Pool im Mai 2019 anlÀsslich meines Aufenthaltes nicht in Betrieb war und jetzt im August 2019 immer noch nicht, obwohl man mir versicherte, dass er im Sommer repariert sei. Schade um dieses schöne Hotel. War schon oft dort, muss mir aber offenbar in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel in der Gegend suchen. Auch auf der Homepage ist das Restaurant beschrieben, welches es jedoch schon lange nicht mehr gibt. Schade, sehr schade!

accueil minimaliste 1 minute pour les clés, et nous signaler l absence de restaurant.impossible d 'obtenir un 2e oreiller .absence de personnel le soir et la nuit .piscine en refection sans eau( par 42 degrÚs , c était ballot), mais on avait été prevenus la veille par mail ; du coup on a reduit notre sejour d un jour!décoration vieillotte , vieux papier tissus sur les murs des couloirs , bref ,chateau vieillissant ayant bien besoin d' un coup de neuf.

Hotel trÚs agréable et zen.

HÎtel choisi pour soirée étape mais on y serait bien restés plus longtemps. Deco récente et zen. Un joli jardin et une piscine. Un personnel trÚs serviable et la cuisine d un chef inventif. Et un petit dej....d enfer avec plein de produits maison des pùtisseries au jus d ananas. 2 bémols: les chambres cÎté route un peu bruyantes et la réception ouvrant à 17h manque un banc pour s assoir si on arrive plus tÎt.

Bad surprise - closed pool

When arriving we found out the promised pool was closed (main Reading for booking since 37 degrees) and despite what the receptionist told us, hotels.com hadn’t emailed us about it. Neither the hotels website nor Hotels.com Said anything about it and we didnt want to stay. We changed hotel and did not pay for the staying at Bellecroix.

Fantastiskt stÀlle.

Bra service och vi blev uppgraderade nÀr de sÄg att vi hade en stor hund. Allt var rent och slottsmiljön otrolig. Frukosten bra med god scrambled eggs. Mycket skön sÀng. Enda trÄkiga var att swimmingpoolen inte var öppen.

This was a neat opportunity to stay in a chateau (which by definition has modern conveniences retro-fitted). The room was nice enough. The optional breakfast was quite good - and very convenient for the area. The grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed a picnic lunch in the yard (which has a bunch of tables set up ).

Beautiful property however we had a long wait to get into the property and then to check in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, upgraded our room to a larger one when they saw we had a baby. Great spot for visiting the numerous wineries on the doorstep

Gerne wieder ...

Als Abschluss der Ferien gönnten wir uns nochmals eine Nacht im Schloss. Wegen der grossen Hitze bekamen wir ein Upgrade auf die Suite. Dies war ein tolles Zimmer mit Salonraum im Turm. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt im Schloss sehr. Auf das FrĂŒhstĂŒck verzichteten wir. FĂŒr diesen Preis esse ich viel zu wenig am morgen. Es war ein toller Abschluss unsere Ferien im Schlosszimmer.
