At the heart of Lubéron, enjoy more than 7000m² of land in the countryside.

This house is at the foot of the Grand Luberon along Calavon. Ideally located 5km from Cereste, 8km from Viens, 20km from Colorado Provencal, 12km from Apt, 25km from Roussillon, 35km from Gordes, 45km from Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, 70km from Avignon, 30km from the blueberry bookstore in Banon, 25km from Bonnieux, 32km from Lourmarin, 42km from Ansouis, 25km from Saint Michel de l'Observatoire, etc.

This particular house is equipped with a large swimming pool (6m x12m) and a bowling alley in addition to open space and a wooded area. Young and old will have plenty to do and relax.
The pool has an electric component with fixing hooks (device with safety standards). Children remain the responsibility of their parents.
The house consists of two parts: the main house with two bathrooms (one with a toilet), and separate toilet. And second home to three meters from the first, which includes 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, but lack of water points and sanitation.

A rental agreement will be emailed to remove any ambiguity.
Note that this house is isolated, there is no neighbor, and it is imperative to have a car to access and shop.

erbarmelijke hygiene staat

bij aankomst niemand aanwezig, woning vuil niet gepoetst aangetroffen, van de 3badkamers slechts 1bruikbaar (afloop douche verstopt, lekkende lawaai makende boiler, steeds vloer onder water) geen medewerking van eigenaar en huishoudster op klachten bij aankomst

Magnifique lieu de repos et de découverte

Propriété confortable et agréable. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines à 2 familles (4 adultes et 6 enfants). Le jardin spacieux a fait la joie des enfants, avec de nombreux jeux et la rivière accessible au fond de la propriété. La piscine était très grande et bien entretenue. Pas de voisins directs, pour ceux qui aiment le calme. La région est superbe, de nombreux villages typiques se trouvent à proximité, et plusieurs promenades dans le massif du Luberon démarrent non loin de la propriété pour ceux que cela tente ! Excellent séjour donc, j'y retournerais avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans une maison fort agréable, très bien équipée et dans un environnement très calme comme nous les aimons nos amis et nous-mêmes. La découverte du Lubéron fut une révélation....

Un mas typiquement provençal, dans un environnement très agréable

Séjour entre amis très agréable, dans cette maison qui se prête bien à l'accueil de 2 familles (voire plus...) A l'intérieur, déco et mobilier de type provençal, on déconnecte tout de suite. Le plus indiscutable : la tonnelle et le jardin, qui composent un environnement très reposant. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu assez profiter de la belle piscine, car le mistral soufflait un peu trop... Nous espérons que vous continuerez à mettre en location ce beau lieu, qui fera certainement d'autres heureux.
