Well situated in the delightful countryside of the Dordogne, close to a small town with market on Thursdays, this 129m2 seventeenth century stone farmhouse forms, along with two other gites, the charming grand courtyard with the manor house of the owners. The ping pong barn and the 15 meter pool with diving board are shared between the three houses. The Farmhouse has three bedrooms, two of which have double bed and wash basin, large living room with wood stove; kitchen with pantry; bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, wc and washbasin; separate toilet with sink. All on ground floor. Also enjoy the gravel terrace and extensive lawns with fruit trees.
