Appartement bien situé mais prestations catastrophiques
Ascenseur en panne depuis plus de deux mois, et certainement pour longtemps, mais bien évidemment nous n'en avions pas été informé. En revanche nous avons payé cette prestation indiquée dans l'annonce.
Appartement très froid à notre arrivée car le chauffage n'avait pas été mis... un 3 novembre !

Au calme, très central et assez spacieux pour 3
Le point le plus positif est l'emplacement idéal car très central intra muros avec un appartement assez spacieux pour 3 personnes et calme, bien équipé avec une salle de douche moderne. La décoration est très quisch... mais on s'y fait.

un cadre de vacances très agréable mais un logement très mal isolé
la région est très agréable. le logement est fonctionnel mais très bruyant : absence totale d'isolation phonique (ascenseur qui fonctionne une grande partie de la nuit et livraisons des restaurants alentours dès l'aube). autre point majeur : on nous a imposé de payer les frais de nettoyage alors qu'ils n'étaient pas précisés au moment de l'enregistrement du paiement.
